My morning meds are optional but my dad says it’s dangerous to take meds and drive.

I drive with both morning and nighttime meds…no issues, no tickets.

I got my license and my first car when I was 17. I then got diagnosed at age 19 and didn’t have a car or drive again until I was 23. Except for a year in 1988 and 5 years from 1990-95 I’ve been driving ever since and I’m 65. When I was addicted to crack for four years I drove while I was high or drunk all the time, luckily, no accidents.

In fact in the 37 years I’ve been driving since I got diagnosed I’ve only gotten in one accident and it wasn’t serious and no one got hurt. I’ve gotten a few tickets in the past and about ten years ago I was driving on my way home from work and I hit a kid on a bike. The cops and an ambulance came and the cops determined the kid was at fault and I didn’t even get cited for it. Now I drive to and from work three days a week, the traffic sucks but I took the bus for five years and driving my own car beats taking the bus. I take morning and night meds.

I drive. I take antipsychotics 3 times a day but they’re non sedating but I still drove on sedating meds

Im in the process of getting license again. Got learners permit now. I have 5 years driving experience and motorcycle but ive never taken the final test for either. I have anxiety which makes it harder to pass the test but i can drive.

My license renewed yearly for a long time and doctor had to sign it off

One pdoc stopped me driving for three years. That was hell. the reason was agitation

But now I am on a three year renewal

Stopped driving last year because of anxiety and because we sold my car, its expensive especially now that gas prices have gone up. I still renew my license.

I can drive, but I rarely leave the house. My morning meds aren’t sedatives. I take almost everything at night.

I haven’t driven in over a year. My wife thinks it’s bc I get lost and call her to come help me. This is just driving in our small town I get confused. Plus take meds in AM and PM. I kind of hated driving anyway.
