Used to be vegan. Favorite meat is salmon.

Maybe a good ribeye steak seared in a cast iron skillet with some butter and done medium rare.
Or a really nice and tender fall-apart pot roast.
Or maybe a juicy, meaty turkey drumstick.
BBQ ribs done right are fire.
Sometimes Chinese pork spare ribs are good, too.
My grandma made some awesome chicken cutlets— crispy on the outside, and you could cut them with just a fork they were so tender.
Prime rib is also amazing, although I’ve only eaten it once 
.

I forgotten what the name of the sauce was, but there was one I used to love so much and it wasn’t too spicy but still had a huge kick to it. Ahhh - those days the shifts felt worth it haha
