Dude I freaking love hamburger helper. My mom thought I hated it all these years because I griped about it once when I was 5, but I love hamburger helper and the Velveeta skillets.

I, too, love Hamburger Helper. I can only eat it in moderation, but I have it maybe once a month. Tonight, it’s apple, bacon, gorgonzola pizza. I know it sounds gross, but it’s nicely mild for my current stomach issues, and it’s actually really good. One of the only pizzas I can enjoy rn because everything makes me sick.

I am having Christmas catered this year. Place is just too much of a mess to cook a big feast from scratch. Geez, I need to clean.

Y’all, I recently took a liking to chicken gnocchi soup at Olive Garden. It’s easy on my stomach and I love the little dumplings. Anyhow, I’ll be darned if hubby didn’t go to the store today after looking up recipes and buy the stuff to make me the soup. He’s working on it now. What a doll!

I’m making another chili cheese baked potato for dinner tonight. Good stuff. The potato is in the microwave right now.

Split open the potato, topped with plenty of sharp cheddar, then Woodward Ave (Detroit brand) no beans chili and Frank’s Red Hot, then colby jack. Tasty af.

Boiled frozen ravioli, then tossed with my favorite brand of store-bought spaghetti sauce. Hit my serving with some parmesan and crushed red pepper.
