I tried Pepe’s today. Peri-Peri chicken n rice boxes, they tell me. So gave it a go. I had a hot Peri, and the wife had Mango n Lime.

I like charcuterie boards. Your display looks very savory. Are you having a buffet for Christmas eve? This Christmas I’m making latkes and cinnamon rolls for breakfast for my mom and dad and Fettuccine and tomato salad for lunch. I hope it turns out well.

My Christmas lunch at work. We did a potluck. The buffalo mac and cheese I brought, the sandwich and chocolate peppermint crackers were from coworkers. Good stuff.

very cool! can i ask what those are on the top right? it looks like salami and cheese or something but honestly it kind of reminds me of those swirly Narutomaki fish cakes you get with ramen. curious if you did that on purpose

They are salami and mozzarella cheese roll ups and there are pepperoni and cheese roll ups in that area too. I bought them pre packaged that way at Walmart. It was our first time trying them and we all thought they tasted great. They looked nice on the board also.
