I’m curious about how would you elaborate a law proposal (given your personal experience).
Here we have what is roughly translated as “popular law inititative”. You just write a law, get enough signatures and it goes through the parliament for its approval. It doesn’t work (and historically never worked), because the parliament still has the last word over it.
