Fisherman go ask your doc if he can help you with a responsibly tapering to something less if you think that would help you. Maybe he’s going to ask you to take some other pills to compensate.
Today I got the doctors approval to lower my depot injection from 400 mg to 300 mg Clopixol depot every 3 weeks.
We made a deal and that was that I now must take 600 mg Seroquel XR instead of 300 mg.
My depot is now down to the bare minimum in most cases.

Look at it another way… I made 30 bucks an hr as a mechanic before disability. I used to screw the pooch for at least an hr a day at work… thats stealing to some people. Now I get 33 bucks for screwing the pooch for 1 hr a day.

I stop my meds regularly because I feel cured until symptoms come back and I go back on meds. Dr said its dangerous and I will eventually become treatment resistant. Symptoms coming back after stopping remind me of taking meds again.

It took me 10 years to being okay with accepting help. I was raised and our country is big on being independent financially. I know im fu cked up now and can accept help.

Self Hate and anger …shame and selth loathing are destructive. Unless you think the world would be better without you(actually belive that) self compassion and being your own friend is constructive.

Actually..its about as absurd as war. Because we cant find ways to solve are problems we take turns blowing each other’s heads off.
This isn’t really the ideal option. Sad part is ..as ive learned from teaches is that we start wars with ourselves and become our own enemy ..literally self destructive. Its hard to get out of but its not helping us man…

The government spends trillions on defense. A lot of it is mismanaged. Can’t account for billions. People who can work often get subsidies like food stamps or Obamacare because they don’t make enough money. Will you make enough money with a ged or will you need subsidies? All of the equipment bought at the hospital I worked at was through government subsidies. According this logic why do some people deserve more insurance money for more debilitating diseases. It’s like a subsidy. Who really deserves anything? Schools get money from the government and taxes. Some people vote for no new school taxes and they’re forced to pay them if their votes don’t measure up. Is it fair? Life is not fair. If it were fair we would all be equally healthy and have the same opportunities. Life is riddled with inequalities. That’s why there’s checks and balances. Guilt is a common feeling. People born with no legs don’t feel guilty they’re in a wheelchair. Life is unfair. I think you’re trying to see life as a level playing field. It’s not. I don’t feel guilty collecting benefits. I help support the economy with my disability money. I pay bills, I buy things. All money comes from debt. Why is my debt any different.
