I just ordered a weight control supplement from Happy Mammoths website my weight keeps going up and my appetite is crazy and this supplement says you can lose a lot of weight with it curbs cravings and regulates hormones and controls glucose we shall see it was pricey but well worth it if it helps me lose my belly fat and drop a few sizes and lose weight which is why I bought it. Wish me luck everyone that it works and is effective for the price I paid it better be worth it also checked into health and her and holland and Barrett but didn’t see anything for the symptoms I am having I know it’s perimenopause causing my food cravings and weight gain and it’s hard to find a supplement for weight loss during perimenopause.
I’ve tried multiple appetite suppressants for weight loss and none of them worked. It was very frustrating. I hope this one works for you. Please let me know if it does
Will do @Lilyofthevalley
I will be getting my supplements soon they’re on their way to my home will post if they help me to lose weight and curb my cravings which is through the roof right now, I am eating everything and that doesn’t help when I want to lose weight either this will be a game changer if it helps curb my appetite a lot I am going through some health challenges right now which can’t be helped like perimenopause that causes weight gain and irritability severe sleep apnea I treat it though with CPAP but still tired all the time and low iron that messes with metabolism and possibly weight so does sleep apnea even if treated I know that is a lot to deal with but I have no another choice it’s the cards I am dealt so I have to deal with it.
Have you tried one of the Glp1 weight loss medications?
Mounjaro is helping me lose weight especially now that I’ve increased the dose recently
No I havent tried any glp1 medicine and I dont think I could give myself an injection even if it did help for weightloss I am on Metformin right now it helped when I first started it to lose weight now not at all and Im hoping Im able to take these supplements without dangerous interactions with my psych meds thats what Im afraid of
There’s a new Glp1 medication that comes in tablet form @PsychWard101
No injections
I will have to look into it I know about gp1 medicine just never asked about it or tried them
Yeah maybe you can ask your doctor about it if you wish.
You barely feel it and you only feel it for a second.
that’s true I guess if I had to be on injections I would get used to it
will give it a go and ask her when I see her about glp1 medicine for weight loss and see what she says couldn’t hurt to ask I am utterly disgusted when I look in the mirror or step on the scale and see my weight go up not a good feeling when my clothes are getting tighter so I got to do something not sure on what but something.
I have problems with my weight too. I’ve gained almost 30 pounds since I started taking Abilify.
I gained a lot of weight on Abilify when I first started taking it years ago and still struggle to lose weight due now to going through perimenopause
eating a big ass bowl of vegetables the size of my head every day for breakfast is helping me lose weight
