When I drank coffee in the past I liked it black or Brown or with sucker. But I canā€™t sleep when I have coffee so I quit drinking coffee in Jan. And now I sleep like a baby( between 6 - 12 hours each night).

I usually drink Nespresso coffee with some milk, no sweeteners.

I will also drink Tasters Choice decaf instant coffee with some milk, again no sweeteners

if at starbuckā€™s a mocha frappacinoā€¦never get to goā€¦at home itā€™s folgerā€™s classic roast grounds kind of light on the loadā€¦not strong coffeeā€¦carnation creamer and sometimes rarely a spoon of sugar.

I like the hot white choc mocha with whipped cream 4 taste.

But for energy and focus, a strong black non sugar non milk americano wins everytime
