I feel harrassed by the voices

i hear voices that harrass and berate me daily, at home, at work, etc.

its been going on for a long while and i get lost in it and go backwards instead of forwards and ahead.

Voices have been “harassing” me since they started a long time ago. Although I don’t think they want anything from me. They’re just something going on with the brain. Like they mention our strongest fears or something.

I had been having voices for 4 days,

then on the 5th day they vanished

“he’s going to kill himself soon”

“He’s mentally ill”

“He’s weak”

And so it goes….

I know how it feels.

But they don’t annoy me as they used to do
