Around 1 AM last Sunday. I passed my loan signing certificate exam as it was self paced and I had been putting it off. I’ve had my notary commission for about a year in July. This is for notarizing mortgage papers. I’m a little bit nervous and honestly don’t think I want to do it anymore but I got it just in case. So now I can notarize online, when they pass the law. In person and notarize loan papers for title and escrow services.
