I just think video games as escape but they are lie . Im not having fun playing them just getting tired and miserable . Need to gain new skills real skills

Yeah it’s a good plan but video games got me through because I don’t do much tv and that is an outlet.
It’s hard for me with a sz brain to do things like guitar or bass and learn but it’s getting there. You just have to dive in and it’s regular practice…yeah yuu can do regular gaming but moving it too other things is hard but worthwhile.
Recent changes in diet have let me do dumb things with learning so it’s something you can improve…it’s just nothing easy as usual.
