i took my noon meds so..

..So i took them again

Now i can’t walk, stand, talk etc

I keep a paper notebook that I am strict about marking med doses in as soon as I take them. I once doubled a dose of my GLP-1 meds and switched off my digestive tract for a few days. Put myself in the hospital and they fed me through an IV until the system rebooted. I have been very careful since then because the experience was THAT awful.

I asked ChatGPT and she gave me the number 112 to send a text message by phone

It’s a European emergency number so maybe write in English and Greek

I don’t know in what language they talk

You should say what is happening to you and your location if they need to take you in hospital

Yeah I do not take them if I forgot because I worry I’ll overdose on them.

Same here. I did that with trazadone took 100mg but added up to 200 MG. They said I overdosed. Got to be careful.

I have a phone note pad app that I type in whenever I take my meds.

Maybe write down what time you take your meds and what meds you take.
