Maybe you can focus on the positive stuff … regardless of how small. I know it’s hard but u have to embrace the suffering and cultivate the good ..

Trust me I’m the last person to give advice but it seems like your perspective if warped towards the negative.
I often fall into this way of thinking and usually I’m not actually trying to find a solution but wallowing in self pity.
I feel much better when I actually do something about it or at the very least just let it be. Idk ur situation but you need to be solution oriented. This is my problem alot of the time anyways
