I'm worried I have anetoderma

I have a small patch of skin that seems to exhibit the characteristics of atrophy. Thinness and slight discoloration. It has no known treatment if it is anetoderma

Not to mention that if I do have anetoderma the cause is some underlying autoimmune disease. I also have other autoimmune problems… swelling of ankles every once in a while. Like bad swelling. And heat rash. And alopecia areata (which went away). And dyshidrotic eczema on my hands which comes and goes.

Update:

So I’m at the hospital. The nurse and physicians assistant took a look at it. They think it may have to do with my plugs because of placement- yet I have pointed out that I have had the plugs in for months with no effect.

They took pictures and sent them to the dermatology dept
