Starting about 1 1/2 weeks ago when I watch shorts on YouTube, I read the description and click on the short and all that comes up is a still frame of the description and I can hear an entirely different video playing behind it that I can’t see. It happens often enough to where it’s annoying, is this happening to anyone else?

My buddy tried to buy a phone projector off of YouTube and it took long for the payment to go though he checked his bank one minute later and they took $350 out of his account. The projector was like 10 bucks. He had to lock up his debit card and he’s getting a new one. I never buy off Instagram or YouTube for that reason. I just use Amazon.
