Horribly vivid nightmare last night about zombies being real. My family and I were living in our old house from when I was in my 20s, and I was looking out the sliding glass door to see several zombies just standing in the backyard like they didn’t notice us. We had like a dozen survivors with us too, and were sheltering them.
I was really scared because I knew it was just a matter of time before we’d all be dead, my mom was telling me to get some sleep but all I could think was how none of my beliefs of the afterlife felt true anymore because of the zombies. Then one lady in our group was freaking out saying we needed to get some of the zombies to the hospital so that maybe we could heal them and I was like “no way we’ll all get infected if you go out there.”
I woke up and slowly realized it was all a dream, man was it scary! In the dream I had all these thoughts and said all these things like people do in the movies, like “how can something that’s dead be alive?” and such. I watch too much horror lol.
