There is always a reason for mental illness, it doesn’t just happen for no reason, it always has triggers.
Society has the capacity to create a mind and destroy a mind in the same breath.

a lot commit suicide because there unwilling to seek help
While current children and teenagers are under pressure more than those from my generation, that is counterbalanced by the big difference in help and support. Is it enough? No. But it’s immeasurably more than my generation had. There are reasons that are a taboo topic of conversation that fuel that increase in pressure.
