Get some nice headphones that go over the ear.
As a night owl in a house with three other people I swear by mine. I’m using Sony Pulse 3D headset, often wired with a 3.5mm wire that came with it. It can do wireless too but I only do that on PC.

I have two pairs of these:
They’re very good for the money, even with my limited hearing. My daughter says they are fantastic and keeps making off with a pair (why buy her own when she can steal mine) so I had to get a second pair.

Yeah - ive had that with a couple of tenants, both with MH problems. Headphones lol.
