I am spending so much time trying to get and keep things going here, she is starting to get impatient with me.
I told her that once I get a few weeks in, with the help of the moderators, it will probably take less time away to keep things running smoothly.
I hope this is true, because I may be murdered otherwise.

Can you add one more moderator to take off some of the load? Like have a seasoned moderator from the old site help you with some of your duties and let the other moderators handle the regular type stuff???
I’m very grateful to you for doing all this but I also recognize you have a life to live outside the forum.
We kind of need to get more training and experience for the current 2 new moderators as it stands. Moderating and the mod functions have a learning curve. I have put in a request to a veteran moderator to join us. But they have not agreed yet. We are reserving the final spot for them if they decide to come. We are only have one slot left for a moderator at the current plans level.
In a few weeks I have confidence that the current moderators will feel more comfortable in their roles.

I know it was tongue in cheek but there’s truth there too. I just don’t want you to burn out
