Only reason crisis are coming out is to check im taking my evening meds.
They have been coming quite late for me. Im in bed early. So today discussions have commenced between my team and my mother to get her to take over making sure I take medication from the weekend onwards

It’s not even my main medication. My main medication is a depot. All I take is quetiapine and sertraline in the evening.
Plus they have increased the quetiapine to 50mg.
You should get one of those automated pill dispensers. You can keep it locked. Then when they come they can just look at the machine.

I understand your issues very well. In the past I was a pill cheater as well. I finally have learned the lesson. So now I just take my 200 mg Seroquel x 2 every day.
I take night meds, morning meds are optional.
