Yeah, go to ER immediately. Try to take deep breaths, maybe panic related. Either way you have to play it safe and go to ER.

I “likely” have pneumonia. One week of antibiotics and rest

“Likely” is not diagnosis… Do you feel symptoms of cold? Did they do ECG?
I had a cold back when the shortness of breath started. Not sure what a ECG is. They did an X-ray

Electro Cardiogram… they put wet things on your heart legs and arms and run the test with paper coming from machine…
It’s likely some form of pneumonia,but from a x ray they can see how much tissue is taken… That can do GP,not to talk “professionals”…
