Post-Birthday. Im now able to just de-mask after the busy latter end of the week. Christmas Eve is hectic, Christmas Day is hectic, Boxing Day is hectic. Come my birthday, Im exhausted but must muscle on and continue to struggle. The day after though, today, I can retreat and recharge myself. I will sit on the bed today and read, and have a rice box later. Need to recharge. Kids are busy with their own stuff, wife is doing her thing. To quote MJ “So just leave me aloneeee”
