sorry to encourage it but sometimes when i see people smoking i thinking it would be great to have a smoke. i know its best not to tho . its tempting tho

Therapist said even though I didnāt feel motivated, I looked more motivated. I hope Iām not faking it.
Just jumped into bed. Hoping I am able to sleep better without mirtazapine which is ironic bc mirtazapine is meant to be very good for sleep.

Yeah, the repurposing of the (mortgage or other loan) is actually mostly a legislative or legal matter. Re-writing the terms of the contract by including more stakeholders (affected parties to the contract).
What puzzles me, is that people can do this sort of thing with their own property. Youād have to find a willing bank employee to write up the lending contracts through.
Itās super interesting. And itās also like a goal of mine to be able to recreate the process. But getting a mortgage and then after that a willing underwriter and bank to see the investment is a really beyond my ability dream lol

@2Waynez these kids of securities are very heavily monitored nowadays. A lot of companies used them to sell off their own non performing loans and duped others in to buying the risk off of them. Finance. A truly big con process

Man, I believe it. My cousin works in banking she makes 150k a year plus gets like 50k bonuses per year she deals with loans she has a masterās in communications

Thatās cool though, I wouldnāt want to work in a bank unless I owned the bank lol. Itās scary the amount of stress they are put under. Mainly because theyāre meant to be ethically responsible in lending and raising capital but heck. Is anyone ever responsible

This is why I fear insurance companies in the UK. Because they are the biggest dealers of risk management in this country. Most risk is dealt with by institutional players like the BoE or other similar organisations. But the USA is very different. You have a lot of direct payments from the public directly to insurers - huge market, and very scary stakes

I made cookies using some of the last of my ingredients I had in the house. Chocolate peanut butter oatmeal no-bake cookies. Recipe made 52 cookies. I am bringing them to my class tonight.
