Listening to some Swedish music before bed, where the vocalist sings in native language. The band is called Gyllene Tider, which kind of translates to Golden Times.

Thanks. Often I have some problems ending the day, it’s like I have something undone unconsious, but once I actually get into bed it usually goes away.

Hi guys!
It’s 1:30 AM. I took my meds and some melatonin. Hopefully I’ll fall asleep today.
I made some very tasty pasta earlier. It came out perfect.
I’m listening to reggae and taking it easy. Trying to wind down as much as I can.
Tomorrow my mom wants us to take a trip. She talked about a restaurant, we’ll see what happens.
I hope everyone is doing ok.

I fell asleep at 4:30 Am last night. On a bad schedule. When I eventually do fall asleep, im good for 10 to 12 hours

Im good. I bought some groceries earlier. Was sweating like crazy walking home in the hot weather carrying food. It was a good workout.

I’m ok. Not bothered so much by symptoms today.
I’ve been struggling with boredom lately. I could start doing things but something tells me I have to accept the boredom and try to relax instead. The mind can’t always be stimulated.

It’s not going good. I’ve been up in the middle of the night lately. Can’t exercise due to neighbors.
If I get my sleep fixed I’m going to seriously start exercising again.
I’m seeing my doc the 16th.
