Hello again everyone! I took a brief break for schoolwork, then I tried to take a nap with no success. Now I just feel hyper. I wish I could go for a good jog; that would feel so great.

I have given up trying to lose weight, but considering returning to it. Got some meat pies today though.
My support worker talks to me and drives me places. Shes a mental health support worker.
