Crams it in his mouth all at once and chokes to death. R.I.P.

Have had a more relaxed day. Recharging my social battery. My brain isn’t too silent at the moment. But nothing worrisome yet.

I calmed a bit from my trauma response last night, thankfully.

Hey Kiddos!

Not much going on here tonight. I was up until around 4am last night watching movies.

I walked to the gas station around the corner and got an Italian sub for dinner.

Got some new Rustler jeans earlier today.

Take care.

Really depressed. Keep getting lots of bad thoughts. Nothing feels good.

I was so disgusted with myself when I weighed in today…about 6 months off the Mounjaro and 6 months on the clozapine and I’m slightly over 200 lbs again! I was 150 when I started the ECT treatments…I’m constantly hungry and I want to eat everything. I’m doing good mentally but I hate my body again!

Im not on Clozapine but Olanzapine does the same thing to me. These meds really can make us food monsters.

You welcome ma’am! Much love right back at ya!

Yes, focusing on positive things will help you feel better. Maybe go to Micky D’s for a snack, if your diet allows it. Or watch some old cartoons on streaming. Distractions are the key.

I gained 100 lb on clozapine and I wasn’t even eating that much! My body just couldn’t handle it

So my voices have decided that if I sleep with my friend who has made it pretty clear that she wants to that they will assault the crap out of me. They’ve claimed some pretty horrible things. I’m kind of shook. I don’t think I’m going to go through with it. And it’s depressing me to some extent. :sob:

Screw those ■■■■■■■■ voices. Buy some cheap red wine, invite your lady friend over, and play Van Morrison’s album “Moondance.”

That’s what I was doing since Valentine’s Day cuz we spoke on Valentine’s Day at length. I was like yo ■■■■ the voices. I’m going to do what I want.

But they’ve been assaulting me since Valentine’s Day and they’re not letting up. They’re berating me pretty hard. And it’s become clear that the safest thing to do is just not to sleep with her.

Awww. Voices can’t harm you though. Are they gonna hire a gang to beat you up or something? It’s all bollocks man. It’s just the neurons misfiring in the brain or something. Don’t listen to them.

You don’t understand. My voices put me through hell. From 2012-2015 I was assaulted hardddd. They are dangerous

Id say our voices can harm us by way of mental torture. I know mine do.
