Hey! Im doing well. Don’t beat yourself up over not staying strict with your diet. Its kind of like smoking, it can take many attempts to successfuly take control over it. Find healthy low calorie foods that you still enjoy the taste of. Eat more vegtables. Drink more water. Make sure your getting a good amount of exercise in.

I hope you have a great visit with your brother and niece. I recently moved into the state my brother, my non- deceased brother, had been living for a long time, South Carolina. I’ve been able to see my niece and nephews and my brother and his wife much more than I have in the past. It’s been good. Just wish I had as much of an easy access to my sister who I am very closer to. Anyway hope hope your visit with your brother is fun.
