It was the first antipsychotic i took that worked it was 15mg BUT im now on haldol 100mg injection every month

I canāt fight lol maybe ? Nobodyās ever tried to attack me so I guess Iām doing something right. People act like theyāre scared of me. My ex fiance went to prison for attempted murder (shot an Olympic runner in the legs) and always said he was scared of me. Iām not sure why.

Iām so screwed. I donāt have a lighter, I woke an hour ago and canāt get back to sleep without a cigarette. I donāt have a cooker so I canāt even use that as an alternative. I feel a bit scared - I smoke more now than before so I donāt know how iām going to get through the next 6 hours.

Itās timeās like this where a friend would be handy because you could ring him even if itās 3:21AM and ask to go get a lighter with them. I donāt know where youād find friendās who are similarly unemployed though. the one guy iām thinking of, doesnāt drive; just like me.

@Loke Our dog is totally a Pyrenees!!! Well, part Pyrenees. Heās mixed with two other guardian livestock dogs that all look and act just like Pyrs do. Not sure what the point of the mix was, but heās a good boy. Heās actually quiet! We also have a female, and sheās the barker. Her breed is not known for being bad barkers, but she ignored that and likes to shout out loud and proud!

was just reading about spiders. It is not in thier interest to have insects struggling on thier webs for long periods of time, because it may damage the web, or the insect may escape. So to find the insect quickly they pluck the radial threads of the web and judge where the insect is by the vibrations
Also there are some male spiders who create a mating line. A line the male spider plucks like a harp that lures the female to mate and perhaps turns off her desire to eat him

Hey Kiddos and friends on the night shift. 
I mostly hung out locally today and caught up on rest. Did a small load of laundry earlier tonight and washed a bunch of black undershirts I found in my room along with a couple of new tees including the shirt I thrifted last night.
My uncle isnāt doing too well. Hate to say it but itās about the end of the road for him. Cousin told me earlier today that theyāre going to withdraw care on Monday. It breaks my damn heart as he was always one of my favorite family members on my dadās side.
On the up side though I got a rad Beach Boys shirt delivered earlier today. And dinner was a smash. I made garlic grilled cheese with mozzarella slices. They were fire!

Thank you friend. Itās hard to say goodbye, but Iām at the age where you just start losing a lot of people.

I feel ya on the food issue. I eat moderately during the day and evening, but after I take my meds I get insatiable munchies. It used to be that any 3xl shirt would fit me. But now I have to really look at the shirt and make sure it has enough extra room for my belly. Either that or just go up a size.

Hey bud! I just got through drinking a pink lemonade that I got out of the vending machine. A couple of our crappy washers ate my quarters earlier today so I figured Iād get a soft drink with the rest of the quarters out of this roll. I also donated a few old pairs of shorts to the building.
@TheCanuk Mane! Oh Iām in good spirits tonight my man. Did a little talking to God earlier tonight. I found some awesome Leviās cut off shorts from some jeans I thrifted a long time ago.
