Thanks for talking some sense into me. Supposedly anxiety and stress can cause twitching too, so my involuntary thumb twitching is probably caused by that. And your right man it is a rare disease overall. I have health anxiety so I’m always thinking I have some serious disease.

Im good just woke up.
I have muscle spasms all the time for years if I had it I’d be unable to walk or dead a long time ago. Could be meds or just benign. Health anxiety sucks.

i had an alright day all around, pretty lowkey. i wish i did not randomly get super fatigued this evening leading to me lying down for a while but it’s alright, it’s sorta normal for me to get SUPER fatigued … btwn late midday and early evening.
i just hope i get tired at my usual time tonight so i can be up for work tomorrow all nice n stuff. might start reading transformers again but bleh.
