Facebook and Instagram finally deleted but have been on my computer more. I gave my sister the password to this site and had her change it for me so I could detox a bit. Iām managing to do my volunteer opportunity without social media. The only social media I have right now is VERO and YouTube. I had to delete my schizoaffective videos because the CEO of the nonprofit Iām volunteering for is in and interview with me and didnāt want people finding out. I feel ok. Itās been 3 weeks off of zoloft and I still feel fine.

Hey man, Iām here for the moment, hoping to lie down and fall asleep around 2:00. I work a 12 hour shift tomorrow, need to wake up a couple hours earlier than I normally do.

got an appointment at CMHT with my psychiatrist in 3 hours. Also having my depot there today.
later on my son has an assessment with CAMHS at the same place. I just know they are going to fob us off.
