The flu has invaded our home!
My daughter came down with it on Wednesday, I started to feel terrible yesterday and now my husband just came down with it this morning.

No I’m off this weekend, work next weekend though. I get every other weekend off. I need to do some cleaning today. At some point I need to go to town for a couple things, later need to make my beans & rice. I had planned on making it last night, but I was missing an important ingredient.

There was a stinkbug on my toothbrush this morning
I get some insects and spiders in my apartment, coming in from outside because I often keep my bedroom window open (no screen in it). I’m just glad they’re not cockroaches or bedbugs. One of the reasons I’ve lived in my current place for 4.5 years and am hesitant to move is that it has no such pests. I’ve lived with cockroaches, hated it. At least I’ve never had bedbugs, thankful for that.

i thought about this one time when i felt a surely psychedelic feeling. like the idea of every action is a multiple choice question and when do you know what part of you is choosing, or if its the right choice, almost like time dilation where past present and future are all seperate versions of yourself. like if time never stops than ever single instance of time is in a different version all held together by thought and awareness
