Just as a quick note. @everhopeful thinks he found a cheaper alternative. We will have to see how it goes…….if he wants to try to set one up…..or if I need to see if I can set up another….how intuitive it is and whatnot.
EIther way, this forum is good for 13 more days without paying anything. I am confident we will either have a home here or elsewhere within that time frame.

Man, hectic day at work. I got through it, but wow. Sucks when I have to call a nurse, then a bit later text her, then have to call her again, all for the same issue. I was about ready to call the charge nurse.
A patient’s EKG was showing data from only one lead, and that lead was all f’d up, so I called the nurse, asked her to fix the lead and suggested she attach more leads. Five or more minutes later I still didn’t have a readable rhythm, so I shot her a text about it. Several minutes later I called her again and repeated myself about needing her to attach more leads and fix the one that was messed up. Shortly after that, she finally did what I asked and I could see the patient’s EKG on multiple leads.
I was very busy all day, so that nurse really annoyed me. If she had just done as I asked in the first place it would’ve been easier for all of us.
Okay, just venting.

Swearing is bizarre because it’s just scatological reference for the most part. Why is that even of an issue at this point in our cultural and societal evolution? And the only reason it’s called swearing is because the taboo on verbiage used to be in reference to any kind of blasphemy. I wouldn’t encourage blasphemy on the site. But scatological reference should be acceptable imo.
