I’m checking Reddit out. Reading stuff online how to train and develop conditioning fast. I need to get in shape again. I think I’m ready for it.
I just need to get my diet in check.
I’m thinking of contacting my doc and asking them to lower my olanzapine and increasing vraylar.
I also have to have my blood work done.

I had caffeine late at night, before getting in bed, like an idiot. Im very sensitive to caffeine and even small amounts causes issues for me. I only had 50 mg of it but enough that now its almost 4:30 AM here and im still awake.
It really pisses me off when I can’t sleep. Im tempted to take some Ativan so I can fall asleep.

Yeah, I’m probably gonna quit caffeine. I just can’t take it anymore. I’m also too sensitive. Even one cup of instant messes me up.
It’s 10:25 AM around here. We are expecting a snow storm across the country but luckily it won’t hit the west coast where I live.
Try to sleep naturally man. I’m going to bed. I won’t probably get any sleep but I’m used to it.

thanks dude yea theyre great. i wish i could find a good guided version of Aristotle though as the texts themselves can be hard to understand sometimes. To have some insights would be nice… sometimes they use ancient terminology or concepts im not familiar with and get kind of lost.
