So we already picked out a name. We saw a female boxer and her thought her name would be a good one. We are naming her ‘skye’. My wife wants to give her the middle name grace, so we are going with that.
So her name would be ‘skye grace’, right? So a few minutes after giving me the dogs middle name my wife comes in the office all concerned. She says “I’m worried her name might sound like “pie face””
I’m like “whaaaat?”
I had to tell her it would be fine several times before she agreed to leave it as is .

its not really any different than a 2 syllable name. My old dog sounds like “Mag-gie”. Not really much different than “Sky-Grace”. Personally, I think I’ll just call her “Skye”. Wife wanted a middle name for some reason , though.
