The emoji pack seems to be being voted down for regular use.
But I figure we can enable chat(as was suggested) and the emoji pack for new years eve and new years day. Just for something different to ring in the new year.
Maybe we can do it on occasions like this just for something different as there were some who wanted them enabled.
We can then go back to normal on both.
I realize this is not some huge event, but there are a limited amount of changes I can make here to make it feel special.
