This is my latest picture, I made it with coloured pencils. I wanted to try to make a full picture using only coloured pencils, I usually use watercolour because I am extremely lazy! it is so fast! but coloured pencils are cool too, it looks different, and I had fun with this one. I have 120 Polychromos pencils set and it is the best. No messy and easy to work with. I was afraid that I would waste pencils and I would have to sharpen them all the time but that did not happen, my pencils aren’t much shorter than before, it was easy to create surface with these coloured pencils.
Looking good guys! @nimeton that is some great shading you did with the colour pencils! I find colour pencils really hard to work with. Drew a dinosaur on pink today, i dont want to photograph it though. It is for my private amusement.
@Daydreamer that is great work! the blue gives a nice touch, I can’t wait to see what you do with it later! charcoals are not easy, I usually just make a huge mess with them.
@dnasaur0214 creating art for your own amusement is very good, the most important thing to do is creating art in the first place I believe creating art helps in many things. it is important, even if you never show anything to anybody.
This is my favorite photo/ graphic I’ve created. I’m trying something new. Used to do dark room photography and have a dslr, but phone is so much easier to use.
