Whenever I touch my veins (where the nerves also) on my lower wrist, they have a burning sensation and my hand feels tingly. This only started today about 8 hours ago or so.

I have back problems (kyphotic curvature) and bad posture. I am also more sedentary rather than active.

Yeah. I’m surprised since I’m young yet these things happen to me. I guess most of it has to do with physical inactivity and overuse.

I worked on a physical therapy office. We saw quite a few young patients
My thinking is maybe carpal tunnel. You could try a wrist brace while you are typing or using repetitive motions. Then see an orthopedic doctor.
