I was minding my own business in my apartment and got a loud knock on the door. It was my neighbor who started yelling at me. He claimed I stole his ramen noodles. We had a commotion and it finally ended.

Be careful dude. If you know that guys case manager you should call them or even the popo. If hes paranoid about you it will keep flaring up most likely.
If he does it again I’ll call the police.
