Today I made ratatouille with black olives and feta! It was delicious and my Mum’s recipe!

I had coffee and a fruit vegetable smoothie. I’m trying to get my daily fruit and vegetables in.
I drank a protein shake…I am nauseous and nervous for my flight today. I’m currently at the airport and waiting for my plane. I don’t feel good enough to eat anything…
I had coffee with Oatmilk, olive toast, a hard boiled egg, strawberries, banana. And blueberries.
I will have ready brekk with marmalade at my friends house today.
Breakfast i had oatmeal with peanut butter and fruit / apple sauce
Lunch i had a wrap with egg, cabbage, bell pepper and ranch dressing
Cornmeal porridge (in South Africa they call it mielie meal or ‘pap’) for breakfast, and noodles for lunch. It’s suppertime here now so I’ll probably want to eat a light meal again. Maybe oatmeal or popcorn.
Not very healthy. I had a Coke, then a Pepsi with some Nutter-Butter cookies. Then a Pepsi and a plain doughnut and a piece of cheese. Forgot, I had a chicken sandwich too.
just made dinner, fried ham and spinach. so good!
For lunch today I had a sub sandwich with, ham, salami, prosciutto, provolone cheese, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomato on wheat.

lol its funny i recently saw a youtuber talk about paneras brocoli cheddar soup.. peanutbuttergamer is his name. was saying i think how they removed it and he was super pissed lol

lol nice yea, i think he said something like they revamped the menu and got rid of the chedar mac and got the brocoli chedar soup instead or somehting lol and was ranting about it. i forget ![]()
