It’s kinda like cream soda but with a hint of strawberry. It’s got a vanilla flavor to it.

I used to do that but the espresso is too harsh on my teeth and throat without making into cappuccino or latte nowadays. I still keep unsweetened

hmm i dont really wanna take caffiene pills cause theyre usually a lot of caffiene and idk, its easy to just like od on them
 rather have coffee where i can just sip it vs boom 200-800mg directly in to the blood stream, you know what i mean? haha :joy: i get heard problems when i have too much caffiene so i gotta be careful

Yes that does make sense. I know when i got my espresso machine i went way overboard and was drinking probably 10-12 espressos a day and was having heart palpitations

same i actually gave up coffee within the last few weeks
 i used to have like 2-4 energy drinks a day a few years ago and it messed up my heart :joy: now i gotta take care of it idk. Caffiene is great but im also bipolar so it kinda makes me crash after a few hours
 been enjoying a more stable mental life lately without it.

I drink dark coffee black.

My favorite coffee drink that I can no longer have is a Starbucks decaf cafe mocha with oat milk and whipped cream. I can have it but only without the whipped cream. I haven’t had one in a really long time though
