What’s for dinner?

I’m making meatballs with dairy free feta and roasted and seasoned white sweet potatoes. How about you?

I’ve never used an instant pot. I’m nervous about burns

You mean burning yourself or the food?

Burning myself. I’ve heard horror stories

I’ve heard the horror stories too but instant pots are well built for safety and I’ve been cooking in one for 4 years and never burnt myself.

That’s reassuring. What are your go-to’s that you make in it?

If you follow instructions the risk of a burn is really low.

I make pots of spaghetti, chili, stew, I cook chicken and salmon in it. The last couple of months I’ve made beans, rice and potatoes with chicken.

I ate carb smart ice cream, boiled eggs, soft cooked pretzels with cheese. I eat like a pregnant woman. I worked out today, last week I had no motivation. Just pushing, wanna be stronger for guys with road rage.
