A forum member and me met up in 2011. When I moved back to my hometown, we were walking distance apart. We’re still friends to this day. He got married a couple months ago so I’ve seen less of him, but we’ve been hanging out for I guess 15yrs. I only have a few close friends, but I consider him one and one of my longest outside of the friends I grew up with.

On the old forum I ended up marrying one and moved overseas for 2 years. It was a blast. Was not a blast but on a high as just talked to my stepdaughter after a long break after changing facebook accounts…..
Places are just backgrounds but the people you meet is where it’s at and travelling to another continent is worth the effort!

I lived near some of y’all when I was in California for two years. Now that I’m back in northern VA I doubt anyone else is around.
I did discord chat with a couple forum users once, neither of which are online anymore.
