Whats for dinner yall?

We’re having bacon cheeseburgers.

The husband and I are hooked on putting candied jalapeños on burgers.

Highly recommend!

If you eat like rice and tuna everyday it isnt sustainable its basically a crash diet. Theres a risk of binge eating because of cravings. It gets boring so once you start eating normally again you then gain the weight back that you lost. And your body loses more muscle its basically in starvation mode

Your best either lowering calories cutting out junk. Eat more lean meat and vegetables and pulses.

Weigh yourself at the same time of day in the morning when you first wake, maybe once or twice a week

But go for regular , smaller meals @POET

Yea no worries I’m not eating only rice and tuna. Just saying I bought a lot of it to stock up on. Thanks for your concern tho!

I’m having salmon and a sweet potato. My nurse at the community mental health service is going fishing down south and is going to bring me back a fresh salmon! Salmon is pretty common here, what with it being Alaska. I hope she brings me some halibut, too. I would love to go fishing but I don’t trust my Jeep to go 350 miles safely…all the good fishing is down south.
