Never had onions in it, but definitely count me in for the meatballs! I usually buy Mama Lucia’s Italian-style frozen ones because it’s so easy to heat them up, toss in a jar of five cheese sauce, boil some noodles, then pour on piles of parmesan.

This made me think of charcuterie boards. That’s my latest contribution to social events. I’ve been buying interesting cheeses like goat cheese and smoked gouda and pairing them with crackers on a board and friends and family have been enjoying it.
