Who can you talk to about what you go through? I was thinking about talking to a woman that has schizophrenia that is 84 years old, the wife of my family friend who is a pastor. My mom and dad advised against this though and I understand why.

I talk to hubby a lot and he helps. Crisis team and mh nurse sometimes. I talk to parents and sister but not about anything personal. I talk here too
