Thankful for Society flowing n functioning kinda stuff such as mail delivery , rubbish collection and recyckljng , Good Health Care , Maintenance of roads and forests and parks etc

Work went well.

Had my car washed

Had my broken ice maker taken away for free instead of paying $80 to have it recycled at the cities recycle center.

I got one day for money income (Saturday).

I got food today,and tomorrow have spaghetti .

I had a visit from my best friend who helped me take my summer clothes at the attic.

I talked with my ex at the phone and decided to stay friends, he is feeling lonely

I got a message to keep connecting with people like you guys. You are the best

  1. Stepped out, went for a morning drive. Bought some face soap and body wash.
  2. Made myself lunch, brown rice, beef kebobs, and a salad.

That i baked a really nice Coffee and Walnut Cake and gave some away as a gift and ate the rest myself.

Im thankfully able to do dishes, cook, drive , mow lawn (but my little mower is not with me but stored elsewhere).was told in very serious manner my land lords dont want me mowing the lawn.i have mowed lawn here once only.rest of time employed professionals do it.)

Thankful for my ability that i do have and cozy little place to live and rlectricity, internet ,running water etc.

Starting a clinical trial tomorrow. Looking forward to being able to pay off some of my credit card debt.

Read up on the new forum and recognized many old friends.

Took a nice shower and ready to be admitted.

  • I took my other neighbour David to the park, was nice, I had a breakfast & bought us 2 teas and a cake, managed a nice walk in the Sun
  • I went out for coffee later, sent an email to mt Larp ST
  • I ate a nice dinner (chicken jalfrezi curry) & I’m listening to Royal Blood right now on Vinyl.
