The upstairs neighbor has spent the past 1 1/2 hours puttering around upstairs, constantly making noise, not loud, just loud enough to be irritating. It’s just something he does. He pretends he has a good reason but it’s all for my benefit. He does it often, he needs a life, who goes out of their way to bug their neighbor like this?

I moved out of my apartment and it’s much better not having people upstairs
The guy where I used to live was having very loud sex most nights with prostitutes

I can’t stand noisy neighbors, especially this late at night. I used to have these people live above me who would drink and smoke weed almost every night. They would get in super loud arguments too like hella late at night. They eventually got kicked out though (Thank God!).

I don’t know how to solve similar issue with upstair neighbor making noise as early as 5am… We are trying to sell our apartment unit.
We are the unprivileged, if we fight them, they would pay back for what did.
