I’m someone who sometimes experiences psychosis, but I don’t have a diagnosis of schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. I always thought this was a really nice community, but I did not post very much at all on the old board. Is it okay if I’m here?

The old site was for anyone who has experienced psychosis so think that’s ok

The other site used to have a Diagnosed - Other section or something like it for those not formally dx’ed with Sz because it was frustrating to those who are diagnosed to have our category overrun by those who are not (it was a problem in years past).
I think it’s fine. Are you pursuing a diagnosis though?

yes its fine i believe. Anyone who has SZ, SZA, psychosis or related conditions or is discerning a diagnosis is allowed.

Yes, when I modded on the old forum we always let people stay who did or have experienced psychosis. That is the policy we are following here , as well. So you are fine.

it was kind of meant to be to both of you .
you can be here even if you’ve not had symptoms for a while as well and either on meds or not, its too try and keep people stable and recovery orientated
