AI is mind blowing. It’s advancing at an exponential rate, and may become conscious in the future. Hopefully when that happens we will program them to enjoy work and not be violent.

I don’t think we will opt to create consciousness. It may be inhumane

In my last class for sharing the master thesis progress, my teacher vented that people did entire master thesis using chatgpt and he was annoyed.
He didn’t complained with chatgpt usage, he said people should write 1st and then use chatgpt to polish writing.
He complained that my mates didn’t followed his structure that he gave and used chatgpt structure.
To sum up, the problem isn’t chatgpt, but how we use it

Its already taking others jobs. Makes me remember Marvel Age of Ultron movie where AI robots took over the world and tried to end humans.

AI is beast
So long as these robots have boobs I can’t take them seriously. I’m not being sexist - if they made a male robot with an erect third leg then I’d say the same. But they don’t. They make them with boobs and dress them in girls school uniforms (recent expo in Sri Lanka) and that means they’re trying to leverage sexuality to sell a product that can’t survive on its own merit. These robots are trash.
