I am all bruised up from my last two Iron Infusions injections I have no idea where they will stick me next hoping they find a vein with their handy vein finder makes them light up where they can see them good. I hate it but Like I said before it has to be done, I go this Friday for my last infusion for the year hopefully until next year. Trying to drink more water a day too not just because I have to for my Iron Infusion but because I need too and its healthy instead of pop but pop taste so good though.

Yea drinking more water is good and trying to eat leafy vegetables , spinich, liver if possible all the yummy stuff. I take 20mg gentle iron supplements daily

I’ve had iron infusions a few times. The last was in the godforsaken when my hemoglobin went down to 8. They were going to do a blood transfusion if that got any lost. Luckily it didn’t do them I got some iron infusions. My blood work isn’t perfect but I take a daily iron supplement called Vitron C that the hospital doctor said I should take.

I would take Iron supplements or pills but My body for some reason doesn’t absorb the pills, and they give me side effects like really bad cramps I don’t tolerate it well, so I have to get Iron Infusions instead I get my last one tomorrow.

Spatone water iron sachets are available on amazon. My neice has anemia and drinks one everyday because cant tolerate tablets, maybe you could consider spatone water?
I just got my blood test results and my iron is normal now, yay!

I have severe anemia as soon as I get infusions my iron slowly starts dropping again, I wonder if spatone water would help as you suggested couldn’t hurt to try it, I added it to my shopping list for later viewing on Amazon and will consider buying it in the near future when iron levels start dropping again be worth buying if it actually works for me thanks for the suggestion Ducky.And congrats on your Iron being in the normal range now @Ducky
